Shipment, Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking details.
We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We do not ship on bank holidays, Tuesdays, or Fridays.
After dispatch, deliveries can take up to 3 working days, although most orders arrive within 2 working days.
Our courier will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery via SMS and/or email. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will automatically reschedule your delivery or provide further delivery options.
